Why Reliance
Radiology?
Because patient health is the only goal
in mind!
We built a team of compassionate and caring staff in a comfortable environment to serve you. Along with, having some of the most technologically advanced medical equipment in our region.
Diagnostic results are available to physicians in a timely manner ensuring that patients are diagnosed and treated earlier.
Imaging Services:
MRI • CT • PETCT •
Digital X Ray • DEXA Scan • Cardiopulmonary Services
Digital X-Ray
– Better image quality, lower patient dose, and
efficient image sharing within and outside the facility are just
some of the benefits of digital radiography.
DEXA Scan
– Osteoporosis is a growing healthcare crisis
affecting millions of women and men worldwide. Fortunately, it
is detectable and treatable. Hologic Discovery is the most
advanced DEXA system that evaluates for bone density and
vertebral fracture assessment.
Cardiopulmonary Services
Body Plethysmography
– Elite Series from MedGraphics is
state-of-the-art technology for complete assessment of
pulmonary function for all patients, from pediatric through
adult. We offer multiple tests including Complete PFT.
ECG
– Record of electrical activity of the heart.
ICG
- Impedance Cardiography provides hemodynamic
information and is clinically proven to assist in diagnosis,
prognosis, and therapy for patients with heart failure,
dyspnea, and hypertension.
ABI
– Ankle Brachial Index is done to screen for peripheral
arterial disease (PAD) of the legs which can be linked to a
higher risk of heart attack or stroke.
Holter Monitoring
– Portable device for continuously
monitoring the electrical activity of the heart for 24 hours or
more.
Spirometry
– Measures how much air the lungs can hold
and how well the respiratory system is able to move air into
and out of the lungs.
MRI– Magnetic Resonance
Imaging, is an advanced, state-ofthe-
art diagnostic test, which
produces very clear pictures or
images of the human body without
the use of X-rays. This technology
enables physicians to detect
developing diseases or
abnormalities earlier than ever before. MRI uses a powerful -
but harmless - magnetic field and radiowaves like the kind that
transmit from your favorite FM music. The combination of
radiowaves and magnetic field produce detailed images of body
structures such as the brain, the spine and other vital organs.
CT– Computed Tomography
(sometimes referred to as a CAT
scan), is a fast, painless diagnostic
tool doctors can use to see inside
the body. Physicians use the
information they get from a CT
scan to rule out or confirm the
presence of certain abnormalities
or diseases. If doctors do see something on your scan, that
information can be extremely vital in determining the proper
treatment options. A CT scanner combines X-rays with
advanced computer processing technology to create accurate
detailed images of your internal structures and organs. CT
exams are quick and comfortable. You will be asked to lie still
on a table as it gently moves you through the scanner.
PET/CT– PET is an acronym for
Positron Emission Tomography. PET is
a test that uses special imaging
cameras and a radioactive type of
sugar to produce pictures of the
function and metabolism of the cells in
the body. CT stands for Computerized
Tomography. CT is an x-ray test that
generates a detailed view of the
anatomy or structure of organs and
tissues in the body. The CT scan can
show the dimension of vessels, lymph
nodes and organ systems. A PET/CT scan depicts both
technologies using a single machine. It provides a picture of
function (PET), a picture of anatomy (CT) and a merged picture
of both the body's metabolism and structure.
